Description

You will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, performing routine maintenance, responding to tenant requests, and supporting senior engineers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic working knowledge of laptop/phone applications and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to read and write English

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
