💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily Accounts Payables and employee disbursement operations for Coupang's Taiwan expansion, ensuring accurate invoice processing and payment runs. You'll drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience. This role partners in enterprise-wide finance system transformations and SOX governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end P2P processes including vendor settlement and reconciliations
• Oversee employee expense reimbursements and payment coordination with treasury
• Redesign workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience
• Act as SME for ERP or finance system implementation projects and UAT

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 7–10 years of accounting experience in multinational environment
• Solid hands-on experience in AP, payroll, and period-end close
• Fluent in English for daily communication with stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Project management or process improvement certifications
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP coordination
