💼 About This Role

You'll brew amazing coffee and deliver over-the-top customer service as the face of a Rook Coffee location. You'll create genuine connections with customers while maintaining quality and a welcoming environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Brew coffee and cold brew beverages adhering to recipes
• Handle and prepare pastries and other food items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Deliver over-the-top customer service using the GRINDS model

📋 Requirements

• Availability to work weekends
• Minimum 3 months barista or fast-paced customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift or move 45 lbs
