Description

You will own the systems, data infrastructure, and digital growth engine for Brex's Product-Led Growth motion, building and automating lifecycle programs, optimizing event tracking, and scaling experimentation to drive digital acquisition and self-serve onboarding.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Digital Systems roles supporting PLG
  • Hands-on experience with Segment, Google Analytics, Marketo, and event-based tracking
  • Analytical capabilities in experimentation, attribution, and funnel performance measurement
  • Experience supporting paid acquisition workflows (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the PLG martech ecosystem (Segment, GA, Marketo, Sanity CMS, Salesforce)
  • Define and execute future-state PLG operations roadmap leveraging AI-driven automation
  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle programs using AI-assisted segmentation and predictive scoring
  • Modernize event tracking frameworks with clean, structured, privacy-aligned data flows
  • Build dashboards and insights to monitor PLG health, funnel friction, and conversion behavior
