💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Quality Management System (QMS) for an aerospace and defense manufacturer, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. You'll drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, rework, and cost of poor quality while building a strong quality team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage QMS compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Oversee NCRs, RMAs, FAIs, and engineering change activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO-certified environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and MIL standards.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 certification.
• ERP system proficiency.
