  • Perform administrative insurance functions
  • Support training and onboarding for team members

  • 3+ years in customer-facing support or success role
  • Experience coaching or mentoring peers in high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to own and resolve complex customer issues end-to-end
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
