• Lead major initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value

• Build predictive models and analytical frameworks for retention

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, CS, or STEM
• 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, or analytics
• 3+ years of experience in Python or SQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in engineering plus business/economics
• Experience with PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
