You'll design and build backend systems for a leading estate planning platform trusted by over 1,000 wealth management firms. You'll own features end-to-end, from architecture through deployment, and collaborate across teams. The role offers significant ownership and the chance to impact scalable, AI-driven products used by tens of thousands of financial advisors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate backend services including APIs and data pipelines
• Take features from spec through deployment and post-launch monitoring
• Write production-grade TypeScript code with strong testing and observability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on technical solutions
• Contribute to system design decisions around scalability and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping backend systems
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or deep experience in another typed language
• Hands-on experience designing and operating systems at meaningful scale
• Solid grasp of backend fundamentals: API design, databases, messaging, caching
