Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering or related STEM field
• Experience applying Industrial Engineering / Lean Methodologies
• Ability to read technical documentation and manufacturing specifications
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines
• U.S. Person status required

Responsibilities

• Own and lead projects to optimize manufacturing systems and processes
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, imbalances, and high-variation processes
• Track and act on KPIs like cycle time, throughput, and first pass yield
• Create capacity plans, line layouts, staffing allocations, and time standards
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams
