💼 About This Role

You'll operate multi-color inline screen presses on a 10-hour day shift. You'll ensure production and quality standards are met through press setup, operation, and troubleshooting. This role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule for a consistent work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review job tickets for production specs and press setup.
• Operate multi-color presses and produce first-piece approvals.
• Conduct in-process checks and adjust as needed.
• Supervise backup operators and press assistants.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety and PPE practices.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP system and data entry.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
