🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and develop CPM schedules with logic relationships and durations.
• Maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Analyze project progress and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, field staff, and trade partners for schedule validation.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and scheduling software.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PSP.
• Familiarity with renewable energy and solar-specific project requirements.
