Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of customer success or strategy consulting experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
  • Deep exposure to successful change management practices
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations with consultative approach
  • Project management skills to organize and manage multiple streams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Ensure engagements are properly staffed with global cross-functional teams
  • Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
  • Drive end-to-end customer value journey and value realization
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards for industry-specific challenges
