Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of customer success or strategy consulting experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering
- Deep exposure to successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations with consultative approach
- Project management skills to organize and manage multiple streams
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed with global cross-functional teams
- Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
- Drive end-to-end customer value journey and value realization
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards for industry-specific challenges
