You'll drive end-to-end supplier development for SpaceX Starlink's WiFi router portfolio, from strategic selection through high-volume production scaling. Core impact: ensure robust, scalable supply chain for routers in consumer, enterprise, and mobility applications. This role offers significant technical influence across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams at a company enabling space exploration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own supplier development for WiFi router and wireless module portfolio
• Assess supplier capabilities for high-volume PCB assembly and RF circuits
• Lead NPI activities, PPAP, FAI, and reliability campaigns
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other engineering discipline
• 1+ years experience in WiFi or RF engineering, quality, reliability, or supplier development

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years experience in WiFi or RF engineering, quality, reliability, or supplier development
• Strong technical background in IEEE 802.11 WiFi standards and RF hardware
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA for WiFi routers
