Your core impact is ensuring every client connection is fast, stable, and secure while collaborating with application teams for smooth end-to-end connectivity. You'll drive reliability and performance through kernel tuning, flamechart analysis, and incident ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and manage globally distributed VPN and DNS services
• Ensure connection quality, stability, and performance across the node fleet
• Collaborate with application teams on client connectivity and protocol behavior
• Own configuration management and automated provisioning of infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Advanced networking - VPN protocols, tunneling, routing, DNS
• Linux at depth - kernel internals, tuning, module management
• Performance analysis - flamecharts, profiling, bottleneck identification
• Security fundamentals - PKI, certificate management, hardening

✨ Nice to Have

• Python programming
• C, Rust, or Go for lower-level service work
• Observability knowledge for VPN services
