• Ensure instructional practices comply with ACCSC and state regulations
• Audit curricula, lesson plans, syllabi, and instructional materials
• Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching to instructors
• Create and maintain Faculty Personnel Reports and conduct evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience
• Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve organizational goals
