You will own the data that informs strategic and day-to-day decision making within Deployment Operations, developing workflow tools and dashboards to streamline user workflows across the global deployments process.

Requirements

• 2+ years in business analyst, internal operations, or logistics role
• Experience with ERP and project management systems
• Skilled in developing workflow tools and reporting structures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop internal workflow tools to streamline Deployment Operations and reinforce data quality
• Leverage data from ERP, Jira, Salesforce to create insights and analytics
• Lead KPI reporting for Deployment Operations leadership
• Execute ad hoc analyses with cross-functional teams for operational and financial decisions
• Collaborate with software teams to define requirements for business systems
