Description

You will collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, define changes in MDM systems, and oversee their implementation, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units. You will analyze business processes for handling personal data, participate in defining deduplication and merge rules, monitor data quality, and prepare documentation like BPMN and data flow diagrams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management within fintech or banking.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
• Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working with personal data, KYC/KYB processes, or MDM systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and related teams (KYC, Onboarding, Risk, etc.), define changes in MDM systems, and oversee their implementation.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units.
• Analyze current business processes for handling personal data (collection, validation, normalization, deduplication, addresses, documents, etc.).
• Participate in defining deduplication, merge, identification, and version management rules.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, investigate root causes of anomalies and discrepancies.
