You'll drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion for Tractian's B2B enterprise solutions. You'll identify new opportunities, close deals with Fortune 500 clients, and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to target potential clients and industries.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast using HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with focus on long-term revenue potential.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with aggressive target achievement.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and pipeline strategy techniques.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close high-value contracts.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and SaaS landscape.
  • Extracurricular experience during undergraduate studies.
