You'll support customers using Twilio's Programmable Messaging API, serving as the voice of Twilio to both developers and major brands. Your core impact is troubleshooting message deliverability issues and debugging customer code via phone, email, and chat. This role stands out as part of a remote-first global team shaping the future of communications.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Work on messaging email cases from individual developers and major brands.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting message deliverability issues and debug customer code.
  • Guide customers via phone and chat in developing their SMS application.
  • Collaborate with teammates and Product/Engineering teams via Slack.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bilingual English and Japanese with Kanji proficiency (bilingual Japanese)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (degree or equivalent)
  • 2+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting REST APIs or enterprise software (2+ years client-facing technical)
  • Firm understanding of web technology stacks (web technology stacks)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure or knowledge of Twilio products.
  • Coding experience in any language (reading and debugging).
  • Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing system.
