You'll support the endpoint infrastructure behind global trading operations, keeping desktops running and systems secure. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who takes ownership and wants to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and support Windows and Linux desktop environment
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune
• Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory
• Support Microsoft 365 applications
• Execute physical desk moves and hardware setup

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of desktop support experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Intune or similar endpoint management
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience supporting remote users and VPN troubleshooting
