Description

You will lead Medier's growth in Bulgaria, owning full P&L responsibility, building a local team and agency network, and adapting global strategies to the local iGaming market. You'll drive data-driven decisions, foster key partnerships, and report insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years in iGaming or betting (operator side preferred)
• 1+ year as Country Manager in iGaming
• Proven record of scaling revenues and building profitable growth strategies
• Deep understanding of Bulgaria player profiles and competitive landscape
• Native Bulgarian speaker, fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility and define growth roadmap for Bulgaria
• Build and lead local team and agency network across marketing, CRM, affiliates, and partnerships
• Adapt global brand, product, and acquisition strategies to local market dynamics
• Establish relationships with key affiliates, media partners, and payment providers
• Drive data-driven decisions through performance KPIs: NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC, retention, reactivation
