You'll own the systems powering our revenue engine from pipeline management to compensation and sales performance. You'll partner with GTM leadership to design scalable processes and automations that accelerate deals and improve predictability. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-paced AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Own sales compensation modeling, quota tracking, and performance reporting
  • Design automations to improve follow-up discipline and deal velocity
  • Manage GTM tool integrations and ensure data quality across systems

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth company
  • Hands-on ownership of pipeline systems, comp plans, and forecasting
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and SQL
  • Thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with post-sale processes and renewal workflows
  • Background in AI or tech startup ecosystem
  • Advanced SQL or data modeling skills
