🎯 What You'll Do

  • Negotiate key partnership contracts with Account Management and Sales teams
  • Enable new deals while adhering to Plaid's operating practices
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to increase product adoption
  • Craft pricing strategies for prospects and existing partners

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • Deep interest in fintech and ability to advocate for product capabilities
