🎯 What You'll Do
- Negotiate key partnership contracts with Account Management and Sales teams
- Enable new deals while adhering to Plaid's operating practices
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to increase product adoption
- Craft pricing strategies for prospects and existing partners
📋 Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy
- Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Deep interest in fintech and ability to advocate for product capabilities

- Experience building scalable commercial frameworks like pricing strategies
- Strong executive communication skills
