You'll independently coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes while driving process optimization. • Own administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
• Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences

• Support employee relocation processes and visa applications

📋 Requirements

• Experience in People Operations topics in hyper-growth environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Track record of successful project management
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
