You'll shape job architecture and lead readiness for pay transparency regulations across Europe.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead global total rewards strategy and annual compensation processes
- Evolve job architecture and leveling frameworks across regions
- Prepare for EU Pay Transparency Directive and compliance
- Manage benefits team and oversee global benefits programs
📋 Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Total Rewards globally
- Hands-on leadership with end-to-end ownership of rewards
- Strong knowledge of European rewards practices, including France
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS for compensation optimization

- Experience evolving job architecture and leveling frameworks
- Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements and reporting
