You'll lead a team of 10-12 BDRs to generate qualified pipeline for developer-first testing platforms. You'll own top-of-funnel execution, team development, and process optimization. This role combines precision, speed, and strong qualification standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach a team of BDRs to meet qualified opportunity goals
• Provide high-impact 1:1 coaching on cold calling and email outreach
• Design and refine BDR outreach sequences and cadences
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to align campaign effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in Business Development within B2B SaaS
• 18+ months managing teams of 7+ sales reps
• Proven track record coaching SDRs on cold calls and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Experience with AI tools for BDR efficiency
