💼 About This Role

You'll lead the financial reporting function for a multi-entity global education group, ensuring books are clean and audit-ready across jurisdictions. Your core impact will be driving AI-built workflows and implementing processes at scale. This role offers the opportunity to build the reporting team's operating system from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting packs.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents across jurisdictions.
• Implement and maintain AI-native workflows for close and consolidation.
• Manage and develop a team of 2-3 Financial Reporting Analysts.

📋 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification - mandatory
• Minimum 10 years in financial reporting, group accounting, or external audit
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction reporting
• Proficient in Xero or equivalent cloud accounting systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Indian GAAP and UK GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience building AI-powered financial reporting workflows
