You'll lead Enhanced Direct Enrollment product ownership for a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, defining the roadmap and prioritizing features. Your work will streamline healthcare access for consumers and impact enrollment outcomes across partner channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage product roadmap for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business/program teams.
• Own and refine product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Translate complex healthcare policy requirements into actionable features.
• Define and track post-launch metrics like enrollment conversion rates.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years product management/product ownership experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government health programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
