You'll oversee daily kitchen operations for Factor, a healthy meal delivery service, ensuring high quality and consistency. You'll manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain health and safety standards in a high-volume commissary kitchen. This role offers a predictable 5-day daytime schedule and the chance to rapidly scale a new business.
π― What You'll Do
- Train, coach, and develop hourly kitchen employees
- Manage performance metrics on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and morale
- Maintain kitchen upkeep, including equipment and inventory
- Ensure highest health and safety standards are met
π Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef in a commissary kitchen with high-volume food preparation
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Ability to lead, train, and develop a large group of employees

- Experience with problem-solving mentality
- Strong communication skills with different audiences
- Comfortable with exposure to hot, cool, and cold environments (0-30ΒΊC)
