Description

You will deepen relationships with existing healthcare clients, identify opportunities to expand services, and optimize their locums labor strategies. You'll oversee a region of clients, conduct quarterly business reviews, and upsell additional offerings while ensuring high fulfillment and partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development experience in locums healthcare staffing
  • 7+ years as a top performer in business
  • Enterprise-level staffing program sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a region of current clients to upsell additional service offerings
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to clients
  • Work with fulfillment team to ensure positions are filled promptly
  • Grow market share with current clients
  • Escalate client issues (invoicing, payroll, time to fill, etc.) and serve as expert for qualifying new sales opportunities
