You'll deliver new product capabilities across the full stack, owning features end-to-end. You'll build AI-powered product experiences for government agencies and use AI-assisted development tools daily. Collaborate with Product and Design to ship solutions that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build APIs, microservices, and frontend experiences for government agencies at scale
• Own features end-to-end from problem definition to production monitoring
• Build AI-powered product features like intelligent data analysis and agent-driven workflows
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience building scalable software in an agile environment
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or similar) and backend development
• Experience building enterprise SaaS software heavily utilized by customers
• Experience building AI-powered product features (agents, AI-driven UX, workflow automation, retrieval systems)

• Track record of experimenting with new AI tools and bringing effective ones to your team
• Previous work in govtech, fintech, or regulated SaaS environments
