Description

As an International Infrastructure Operations Specialist on the Starlink team, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with key ground infrastructure suppliers globally to identify, deliver, and operate Starlink's ground network. You will tackle challenges in supplier management, cost optimization, speed to activation, and reliability to support expanding global connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in hardware/product management, engineering, procurement, supply chain, strategy/operations, or technology
• Experience managing an international supplier base or working internationally
• Self-starting with ability to identify improvements with minimal direction
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Establish regional and global supplier partnerships for Starlink ground infrastructure
• Execute long-term agreements with major suppliers through creative contract negotiation
• Ensure procurement and delivery of regional ground infrastructure on time and within budget
• Meet aggressive targets for spend/suppliers, speed, and quality
• Drive improvement and standardization of planning processes and workflows
