You'll design and execute bioanalytical assays to support nonclinical studies for gene therapy modalities. You'll work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment at a Flagship-backed biotech. This role offers direct impact on platform and therapeutic area development.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and optimize bioanalytical assays for PK, PD, biomarker, and immunogenicity endpoints
  • Execute ligand-binding and cell-based assays ensuring robust data quality
  • Collaborate with CMC, molecular biology, and cell biology teams
  • Perform biodistribution studies using flow cytometry and histological techniques

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PhD in biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or cell biology with 2+ years industry experience
  • Proficiency in ddPCR, ligand binding assays, and histological techniques
  • Experience developing bioanalytical methods for LNP-delivered nucleic acid cargoes

  • Experience with non-viral delivery technologies
