Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you will resolve service tickets and perform preventative maintenance in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. You'll prepare vacant apartments for move-in, maintain building grounds, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency situations including on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable transportation and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Complete preventative maintenance and service ticket resolution
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service and participate in on-call rotation
