💼 About This Role

You'll lead a global outsourced BDR team and integrate them into our sales machine. You'll drive commercial excellence through people, process, and international collaboration. You'll bridge the gap between London HQ and Egyptian partners to turn the team into a lead generation powerhouse.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the strategic roadmap and performance of the outsourced BDR partnership.
  • Define KPIs and SLAs to exceed lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and budget management for maximum ROI.
  • Integrate the outsourced team with internal Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Leadership, Commercial Partnerships, or Strategic Outsourcing.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, third-party BDR/SDR organizations.
  • Experience negotiating performance-based commercial agreements.
  • Expert-level ability to interpret sales funnels and conversion data.
