Description

You will own the channels and experiences that drive how businesses discover, evaluate, and choose Klaviyo. You'll lead a digital growth engine spanning paid media, web experience, and lifecycle marketing, driving sign-ups and ARR while ensuring brand impact and measurable performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS at scale
  • Proven track record of driving efficient growth through digital channels
  • Deep knowledge of paid media, SEO/AEO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to connect spend, sign-ups, and ARR with data-driven decisions
  • Stay ahead of digital trends like AI-driven search and agentic experiences

Responsibilities

  • Own sign-up volume and ARR from digital as north star metrics
  • Build and scale digital growth engine across Paid Media, Web Experience, and Lifecycle
  • Lead adoption of AI and workflow automation for rapid testing and efficiency
  • Manage and optimize relationships with agencies, publishers, and tech partners
  • Define and execute vision for klaviyo.com as a growth asset with CRO and A/B testing
