Description

You will lead go-to-market execution for product launches, partner integrations, and solution releases, translating strategic positioning into field-ready messaging and enablement assets. Collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you'll manage launch plans, track performance, and drive continuous improvement to bring new capabilities to market with clarity and consistency.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or cross-functional GTM roles within B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience driving operational execution of complex, cross-functional product or partner-integrated launches
  • Strong ability to translate positioning and product capabilities into field-ready messaging and enablement assets
  • Highly organized with proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing execution; experience leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, managing launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
  • Operationalize partner and integration launches, ensuring alignment with positioning standards and co-marketing strategies
  • Activate messaging and positioning, translating strategic narratives into field-ready solution stories, launch kits, and sales assets
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams by developing launch materials and delivering training in partnership with Sales Enablement
  • Track launch performance with KPIs such as pipeline contribution and adoption, gathering feedback to refine frameworks and messaging
