🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day HR operations including HRIS, payroll, and benefits
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, policies, and compliance
• Partner with managers on team health and employee relations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
