You'll collaborate with TPAs and vendors to enhance B2B platform connectivity. This role blends annuity industry knowledge with technology and quality assurance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of distribution automation solutions across annuity platforms
• Collaborate with TPAs and partners to define and implement automation capabilities
• Design and execute test scenarios including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Contribute to quality assurance standards and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in annuity insurance industry within operations or technology
• Working knowledge of annuity products and services
• Understanding of business and operational workflows related to annuity products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as AN4, Affirm, FireLight, FIDx, LUMA, or iCapital
• Experience with industry-standard operational technologies like DTCC, ACORD, and IRI
