You'll join Eliot's ACCS team to provide support to adults with severe mental illness, using evidenced-based interventions. You'll empower clients in their recovery journey within a mission-driven community. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact on clients' lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and modeling behavior
• Assist in ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses
• Support clients in developing recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Provide transportation assistance to appointments and activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
