Description

In this role, you will take composite structures from prototype through to reliable, repeatable manufacturing, working on tooling, process development, and problem-solving on the production floor. You'll drive improvements in quality and delivery, using data and structured problem-solving to resolve non-conformances and improve product quality.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP/PLM systems (TeamCenter, Infor LN or similar)
• CAD experience, ideally Siemens NX
• Solid background in manufacturing or production environments
• Hands-on experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, and root cause analysis
• Experience with composite materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Take products from prototype to full-scale production
• Design and develop composite tooling and manufacturing processes
• Work alongside technicians to solve production floor problems
• Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis
• Drive improvements across quality, cost, and delivery
