Description

You will lead the Engineering team to oversee building maintenance, repair, and operations for a portfolio of commercial properties. Your role ensures tenant satisfaction, safety, and building efficiency through management of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, budgets, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 10 years of industry-related experience or equivalent trade experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory and training experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor building energy usage and ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee contractor work and manage tenant improvement projects.
• Prepare budgets; control inventory and purchasing.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff.
