💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the paid search channel as a core driver of demand generation and revenue growth at 1Password. You'll set strategic direction, manage execution and optimization, and deliver measurable pipeline and ARR impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global B2B paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute paid search roadmap aligned to MQL, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Optimize keywords, audience, bidding, creative, and landing pages for maximum efficiency.
• Manage significant paid search budget balancing growth and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / SEM.
• Experience owning paid search as a primary B2B demand generation channel in Sales-Led growth.
• Ability to connect paid search performance to broader demand generation and revenue strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, SA360, and B2B attribution tools.
