You'll drive AI transformation across all functions, working directly with the CEO and founding team. Your core impact is building and deploying AI agents that eliminate manual toil and boost output quality. This role has board-level visibility and a mandate to ship working bots in weeks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit teams to map high-leverage AI agent opportunities
• Build and deploy AI agents using Claude, GPT, open-source models
• Design and run internal AI adoption programme
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tooling and negotiate vendors

📋 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience building AI agents with RAG and autonomous workflows
• Strong engineering fundamentals: production Python code, LLM APIs, vector databases
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment
• Exceptional communication skills to drive AI adoption across teams
