💼 About This Role

You'll build the backend for a platform used by large engineering teams for incident response and code review. You'll own products like the Incident Response Agent that outperform entire companies. You'll work with Python/FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis to build resilient applications with LLMs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain backend services using Python/FastAPI with asyncio
• Manage data storage and caching with Postgres and Redis
• Integrate and manage LLM tool calls, prompts, cost/latency tradeoffs
• Dogfood and improve AI coding tools for internal use

📋 Requirements

• Immediate productivity with Python/FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis
• Experience building resilient applications with LLMs
• Understanding of tool calls, prompts, cost/latency tradeoffs in LLMs
• Clear opinions on AI coding tools and how to improve them

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in systems and infrastructure engineering
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with incident response or code review workflows
