Description
As an Account Manager at GuidePoint Security, you will support an Account Executive in the full sales lifecycle, from responding to customer inquiries to closing renewal and upsell opportunities. You'll leverage vendor relationships and cybersecurity expertise to drive growth and ensure customer retention in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales success with cybersecurity experience
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong multitasking ability and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive
- Respond to customer inquiries and drive to resolution
- Manage open opportunities and identify whitespace in existing accounts
- Drive and sell GuidePoint Professional Services Engagements
- Assist with forecast management and internal strategic reporting
