Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track
- 3+ years experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of core health insurance concepts
- Highly technical with enthusiasm for tech-forward methods
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance core risk adjustment reporting and forecasting models
- Improve modeling infrastructure and develop best practices
- Develop recommendations for risk adjustment accrual setting process
- Identify and investigate core drivers of observed trends
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
