💼 About This Role

You'll lead Site Reliability Engineering, Performance Tools, and Release Engineering teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of TraceLink's cloud-native SaaS platform. You'll also own the infrastructure behind both internal and external AI capabilities, including LLM-powered agentic features. This role stands out for its combination of hands-on technical leadership and strategic influence across a global engineering organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SRE, Performance Tools, and Release Engineering globally.
• Own internal AI-enabled tools for developer productivity.
• Drive infrastructure for AI capabilities in the Opus platform.
• Champion cost optimization and platform reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership managing DevOps/SRE/tooling teams.
• Deep experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, IaC, CI/CD, observability).
• Proven success running SaaS at scale with performance and cost optimization.
