You'll engage with potential customers through in-person outreach at retail locations and local events. You'll introduce home remodeling services and schedule free in-home demonstrations. This role offers a performance bonus structure and uncapped earning potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage potential customers through in-person outreach in retail environments
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
• Represent the brand at local event spaces

📋 Requirements

• No experience required
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (11am-7pm Wednesday-Sunday)
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
