💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Strategy Engineering team as a hands-on builder of 0-to-1 tools that revolutionize how our sales teams operate. You'll write code and build intelligence models to eliminate friction across the Go-To-Market stack, bridging custom quoting software and Salesforce with agentic workflows. This role offers the chance to work under a Senior technical leader on high-impact, production-ready systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines
• Build and prototype internal products from scratch using LLMs and Agentic AI
• Design and implement ML models for real-time sales recommendations
• Develop backend integration between quoting engine, Salesforce, and data lakes

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend languages (Java, Go, Python) with distributed systems
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models and building with LLMs in production
• Experience building or integrating with custom quoting engines or CRM internals (Salesforce)
• Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage cross-system data flow

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal Sales Tech or Fintech tools
• Familiarity with AWS data services (SageMaker, Lambda, SQS)
• Passion for removing human-in-the-loop friction through automation
